Merry Xmas!!!

No party and clubbing this Xmas Eve = no major celebration. YES, you are right!!! No crazy stuffs but only a small gathering with few friends was held instead at Kiko's apartment. It was a normal gathering with normal food + normal beverage provided. To save the hassle and time on cooking, we decided to go for takeaway. We bought home KFC party meal, pizza, snacks, few bottles of soft drinks and liqours for the celebration.

Other than that, we played UNO Stacko, UNO card game, gambling card, watched TVBS Asia and chit chats for the whole night. It was a very enjoyable and peaceful night for me this year. How about yours?

Year End Review

Year 2009 going to be over soon. Approximately 2 more weeks to go.
Again, time to review my progress for this year.

Not bad. At least it shows some progress at the 2nd half of the year ^_^ At the beginning of the year, I was a bit side tracked due to many things had happened to me and distracted me from focusing on my plans. Glad that I was managed to get back on track.

2010 will be a very important year to me. I'm gonna make it a memorable year to me. Will set myself some target for next year. Some challenging one. I need to be more focus to my plans. I'm gonna make sure every effort I put, every resource I use and every mins I spend will not be wasted.

Alright, let’s see how much can I achieve next year, shall we?

Holiday Is Coming To Town

Yahoo....starting from tomorrow I will be on a 3 weeks leave and only coming back to work next year.Yes!!! Yes!!! I am slowly adapted to the western working culture.

As many of you might noticed, I always keep all my leave to end of the year and take it one off "kau kau". I have been practise this since the day I worked. Jealous, don't you. hiak hiak....I wish to continue this habit no matter where and who I'm working for ^_^

I promiss to myself this year.
I am going to utilise these free time effectively.
I am gonna start planning and setting some targets for myself for next year.
Damn, am I on leave or working now? -_-"

Gone in 8 Hours

I was so excited and I haven't packed my things to Redang Island. WHAT???
As usual, I began my last minutes packing *_*
I'm still figuring what to wear and bring to redang.
Definitely, I will bring along my lovely DSLR + Lomo with me.

It is a must for a photogrpahy maniac like me. kekeke......^_^

Another 8 more hours to go. I will be on my way to Redang Island!!!

I have been talking about going to Redang Island for many years. For some reason, the trip never ever happened once, talk only. -_- Not for this time. This trip was planned couple months ago with the initiative of some colleagues. Starting from tomorrow, I will be away to Redang Island for 4D3N and spending my entire holiday there. Yahoo!!! Yeah, finally my dream comes through. I’m looking forward to the trip. Hey, Redang!!! I’m coming!!!

Tamron 17-55mm f/2.8 Lens

Finally, I have decided to buy this lens.

No choice, going to need it for my Redang Trip ^_^

I have been asking around and reading a lot of reviews about this lens for months.

Try Out for the Nikkor 50mm f/1.8 Lens

Finally, I was giving a chance to try out my lately bought DSLR lens. Thanks to Claryse for the opportunity given to me. Claryse is currently running an online retail store, selling female clothing + accessories. Obviously, the products she uploads on web must be looking attractive and impressive in order to increase the sales. Even though, she knew I was only an amateur photographer. She never prevented me from photographing her products for her business usage. *sob sob* so touching.....you know? Let's have a look at some of her products photographed by me ^_^

The King of Pop is dead

It was a shocking news to the fans of Michael Jackson (MJ) after hearing the announcement of his death. It was hard for his fans to accept this. Especially, for those who grew up listening to his songs. Today will be a memorable to everyone of us. Everyone was talking about him. You can hear his news and songs everywhere @ anytime. I think it will come a time that everyone is drinking MJ inside the kopi shop for MJ. [For information, MJ is a mixed drink named after MJ famous song called "Black or White" which is a mixture of "cincau" and soya beam. I don't know whether this drink can be found outside than M'sia].Whatever it is - R.I.P MJ. We will "Remember the Time". We will be singing the "Earth Song" to "Heal the World".

World Environmental Day (WED)

5th June of each year marks the World Environmental Day (WED) which is a day aim to remind everyone one of us the global action to promote the protection of our planet, the sustainable use of our natural resources and the adoption of a lifestyle that is friendly to the environment.

This year our office Sustainability and Environment Group was organised an awareness presentation together with some videos during the bi-monthly Office Happy Hour session.

The session was stared off by a speech from our formal OCM.
